Our guarantee applies to products that are identical in brand, model, specifications, and quantity. It covers only authorized, in-stock suppliers. Promotional offers, clearance items, liquidation sales, or limited-time deals may not qualify. Shipping and handling fees are not included, and requests must be submitted before placing your order.
